Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

If you encounter a problem with your delivery, contact us immediately with your order number at contact@hauracouture.com. We will find a suitable solution.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Are returns free?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
