Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, you can return items that do not suit you within 14 days of receipt of your order.
RETURN PROCEDURE R
1. Contact customer service via the contact form or by email contact@hauracouture.com, specifying clearly in the subject of the email that it is a return request as well as your order number.
Once your return request has been accepted in writing, you can move on to the next step.
2. Download the return form below, print it, complete it and put it in the package (if you do not have a printer, you can simply copy the form onto plain paper):

3. Go to LA POSTE and return the package only via Colissimo. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. The price of the shipping costs depends on the weight of the package and the current rates of LA POSTE.
For packages outside France, the return can be made with the company of your choice but the shipment must absolutely arrive at the address indicated and not at a relay point. No returns to a relay point will be collected.
The address for your returns will be communicated to you by email.
4. Keep proof of sending your package.
5. When your package is collected by our services, we will send you an email within 15 days maximum to notify you of the successful receipt of your return and the processing of the refund for your order.
WARNING
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags.
Any damaged, stained, perfumed or holed product will be refused and no refund will be possible . The damaged item may nevertheless be returned to you at your expense (an email will be sent to you in this case).
Likewise, for items returned outside the deadline , no refund will be made. The item may be returned at your expense.
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
REFUNDS IF APPLICABLE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email to contact@hauracouture.com or via the contact form and we will give you the return address for the package.
